My Boss Is A Clown!

The most vital part of any company, the one thing that can determine its success or failure, is the quality of its leadership. Now what do you do when you hate your boss?

Hate, what a strong word. Well what do you do when sadly there is no other word that describes how you feel. First off you must decide whether or not the boss you hate is worth you changing jobs over. You must remember that no matter where you are there is going to be someone that you hate. Would you feel as if you let your boss win by you having to leave and get a new job? You might have to do this if the relationship is beyond repair. Hopefully, your reading this article before it's to that point.

I would suggest creating a pro's and con's list as to your situation. Thep postives would be the reason that you wouldn't want to leave the current company or department your in. Secondly, the con's would be the reasons you hate that "clown" so much.

Remember if you stay you have to remain professional. You can't go off at the handle telling your clown of a boss where they can shove it or what you think of them. I would suggest coming up with an alternative solution.

Do not run away from your problems. Reanalyze your current situation. What can you do to minimize your conflicts with your boss? Can you kill them with kindness? The leader will often sink or swim and there is no need for you to help push them underwater. Focus on your tasks. Stay steadfast in your production. Don't give your boss a reason to talk to or about you, unless in a postive way. Be patient!
