How Effective Can One Be In A DayAt what point does someone max out his or her level of effectiveness? Each day we strive to get the maximum level of productivity out of our days. The whole point of this site is to be as effective as possible. Sometimes, I might preach quantity over quality. We all know what is the winner of those two evils, qualities. We load our days with motivational material to encourage us to get the biggest bang for our "day". I would personally say that at some point there is a breaking point. There is no more information that we can process. There is no more physical labor that one can put out. At some point we just get mentally exhausted. The ironic thing though is, that we might not realize how ineffective we are at times. Who has not done it, pulling all nighters, working late, going in early? Those functions might in fact actually hurt more than they do help our productivity. Eventually, going through the motions and just being presence will not be enough to land you as the next superstar in your field. At some point, you just have to leave what your doing. Be it taking a break for a few minutes, or going home for the day. The quality that I preach throughout this site must go further from the quality of your work into your quality of life. Quality of life is one of those things that will permeate into your work. You might be unconscious of how ineffective your being throughout your day. It all goes into planning. Alotting the time your going to spend and mapping out your day will help you be the most effective throughout your day.

" Don't say you don't have enough time. You have exactly the same number of hours per day that were given to Helen Keller, Pasteur, Michelangelo, Mother Teresa, Leonardo da Vinci, Thomas Jefferson, and Albert Einstein."
